Use one to three (three is better) fields to narrow your search. For example, ‘Supervisor Level’ member in the first search box, ‘Queensland’ in the second search box, and one term you are looking for in the third search box such as ‘clinical,’ ‘pastoral,’ ‘spiritual,’ ‘name,’ or ‘suburb.’ Any of the search boxes can be left unfilled (eg State if you are looking for online supervision) but you must use at least one search box.
Mr Brett Kennett
I’ve been a Lutheran Pastor for 25 years, and have discovered in supervision a profound source of grace and freedom.
In my supervisory practice, I strive to cultivate a gracious, safe and welcoming environment so that supervisees can freely and deeply reflect on their practice.
Such reflection can lead to deep exploration, replenishment, and even the courage to draw new life from the complexities and tensions that come in ministry.
It’s also the threshold for change, transformation, and personal growth in our practice as a pastoral person.

Mr Carl Aiken
I am a qualified professional supervisor with extensive experience in health care and military chaplaincy and local church/parish ministry. I seek to provide a safe place to reflect on who you are in ministry and explore possibilities going forward. I am also qualified and willing to provide supervision to professionals in other disciplines.
Mrs Carole Tozer
As a Cross Profession Supervisor, trained in Reflexive Supervision, I offer you, the supervisee, a slowed down pace to reflection on work experiences and notice meaning as it naturally emerges.
Supervision conversations are designed to deepen self-awareness, broaden understanding and agree actions derived from insights.
As a Cross Profession Supervisor, it is not my role to be the expert in your profession, it is my role to facilitate a collaborative, safe, reflective environment where you, the expert, can reflect and discover deep meaning. I bring a fresh set of eyes, a new perspective, in which to explore familiar territory.
I draw on over 20 years’ experience leading a Christian mental health and social service organisation, supporting children, youth and families at risk of harm which brings a deep understanding of the effects of socio-economic disadvantage and cultural diversity in the work. I currently supervise Pastors, Leaders, Chaplains, and Pastoral Carers in the mental health sector. I hold a Graduate Certificate in Professional Supervision from Alphacrucis University and am studying toward the Diploma Group Supervision.
Supervision can be Face to face, Zoom/Teams or phone.
Pastoral supervision is all about providing a safe and brave space for ministry workers to reflect on their ministry practice in order to grow in wisdom, faithfulness and resilience – for their sake and the sake of those they serve.
Caroline is a qualified Pastoral Supervisor with 20+ years of full-time ministry experience and passionate about helping others thrive in their ministry practice. She has a deep interest in reflection – helping to develop a subject at Moore Theological College, Sydney called “Intentional Ministry Reflection”, including writing the textbook (to be published mid 2024).
Mrs Carolyn McTurk
I offer supervision which seeks to recognise, review, re-imagine and refresh what is happening for you in your work, supervision practice or ministry setting using a reflective approach.
I bring more than 45 years of experience as a professional in the health and education sectors to my supervision practice and have been an accredited supervisor since 2013.
I offer supervision on supervision practice as well as professional and pastoral supervision, either face-to-face in Tasmania or via Zoom nationally.
I have over 30 years’ experience serving in local church ministry, including children’s and youth ministry, pastoral care, and leadership positions.
I also have had over 30 years’ experience as a Police Officer interacting with people from many walks of life.
I have a genuine desire to see ministry workers and people in various professions grow in their ability to serve and work in effective and healthy ways.
My desire is that you would feel free to be yourself, to have a place where someone really listens to you and where you don’t feel judged.
I will encourage you to reflect not only on what you are doing, but also on who you are being and becoming along the way.
I completed the Graduate Certificate in Professional Supervision (Pastoral) in 2022.

Mrs Cathy Brown
As a CPE supervisor since 2008, I have enjoyed accompanying individuals and groups as they reflect on the soul, role and context of work, find fulfillment in their work/pastoral practice and grow in self-compassion. I bring my background of: a rural farming childhood; a career as a secondary school teacher; being married to a CEO and mother of 3 adult children; and volunteering as a hospital chaplain since 2004. I strive to supervise clients in hospitable ways so that hidden motivations are safe to examine, integration occurs between what one thinks, feels and does, and transformation of self and professional practice is possible. I employ a wide variety of supervisory modalities in both group and individual supervision, as learned and developed through completion of Dip Cross Professional Supervision, and Diploma of Group Supervision through IPSRP.
Mrs Catriona Wansbrough
I am dedicated to providing professional supervision (pastoral) to help people flourish in their roles; to empower leaders to be the best they can be for themselves and the communities they serve.
As a past school principal for 20 years, I understand the many demands of leadership and the toll this can be on one’s life. I also understand the special privilege and responsibilities that encompass leadership.
I desire to walk alongside my clients in their demanding role, to listen non-judgementally, and for them to know my confidential support and prayer (if wanted). I aim to help clients become more reflective; reignite their passion for their role; and, understand their soul/role purpose in all they do.
