Alison Strasser
My passion and my interest is in supervision and how best to work with supervisees so that the client also benefits. I work with an existential lens which is inclusive of other modalities and theories.

Carl Aiken
I am a qualified professional supervisor with extensive experience in health care and military chaplaincy and local church/parish ministry. I seek to provide a safe place to reflect on who you are in ministry and explore possibilities going forward. I am also qualified and willing to provide supervision to professionals in other disciplines.
Carole Tozer
As a Cross Profession Supervisor, trained in Reflexive Supervision, I offer you, the supervisee, a slowed down pace to reflection on work experiences and notice meaning as it naturally emerges.
Supervision conversations are designed to deepen self-awareness, broaden understanding and agree actions derived from insights – they draw on emotion and cognition to develop well thought out practice.
As a Cross Profession Supervisor, it is not my role to be the expert in your profession, it is my role to facilitate a collaborative, safe, reflective environment where you, the expert, can reflect and discover deep meaning. I bring a fresh set of eyes, a new perspective, in which to explore familiar territory.
I draw on over 20 years’ experience leading a Christian mental health and social service organisation, supporting children, youth and families at risk of harm which brings a deep understanding of the effects of socio-economic disadvantage and cultural diversity in the work. I currently supervise Pastors, Leaders, Chaplains, and Pastoral Carers in the mental health sector. I hold a Graduate Certificate in Professional Supervision from Alphacrucis University and am studying toward the Diploma Group Supervision.
Supervision sessions can be offered face to face, by Zoom/Teams or by phone to suit your preferences.

[Credentials: Master of Education (Adult Communication Management & Adult Education), Grad. Cert in Professional Supervision (Pastoral), Bachelor Vocational Education & Training, Diploma of Teaching, Diploma of Management, Diploma of Community Service Co-ordination & Cert IV in Training & Assessment]
Chris McRae
I have a heart to see leaders flourish! With over 20 year’s experience in senior leadership, ministering in the local church and in the Christian School community, I have come to greatly value the role of supervision in providing a supportive, confidential and constructive opportunity for reflection and recalibration in the midst of a leader’s busy schedule. With 25 year’s school board governance experience I have a particular heart to support leaders whose church ministries include the added complexity of a Christian School, and also to support women in senior leadership positions in churches and schools. I currently enjoy supervising chaplains and pastors across various denominations. I offer a free, no obligation initial session to allow potential new supervisees to get a ‘feel’ for the supervision I provide. I am confident that professional supervision makes an important contribution to ensuring the sustainability, effectiveness and enjoyment of each leader’s role.

David Crowe
“Role, soul and context” – three simple words that reflect an intricate recipe for personal and professional success. With over 30 years in education, much in senior leadership roles, I provide a deep understanding and appreciation of people and the issues that can influence their lives. I currently work as a civil celebrant, celebrating all of the important milestones in people’s lives.
After receiving training in the general principals of reflective supervision, I have undertaken a Graduate Certificate in Reflective Supervision (Pastoral) to broaden my understanding and enable me to differentiate for a diverse range of supervisees. Nobody, regardless of their employment or personal situation, should have to go through stressful situations alone. Reflective supervision should be available in all occupations to ensure staff wellbeing and optimal performance.
While I have a deep understanding of the specific issues in education, I am confident that I would be able to lead the exploration and self-discovery for professionals and leaders in all disciplines.
