Use one to three (three is better) fields to narrow your search. For example, ‘Supervisor Level’ member in the first search box, ‘Queensland’ in the second search box, and one term you are looking for in the third search box such as ‘clinical,’ ‘pastoral,’ ‘spiritual,’ ‘name,’ or ‘suburb.’ Any of the search boxes can be left unfilled (eg State if you are looking for online supervision) but you must use at least one search box.

“Enter clouded, leave with clarity.” These words from one of my supervisees speak to me of the value of having protected time and trustworthy processes to explore questions of professional practice, disrupt well-worn narratives, gain insight and catalyse wise action. As a supervisor, I am energised by creating the conditions for this to occur and for supervisees to access their own resourcefulness as I walk alongside them. To this endeavour, I bring warmth and well-practiced sensibilities in deep listening, asking questions and using a range of creative modalities to provoke, as this supervisee described it, ‘an advancement of thinking’.
My experience is predominantly in providing individual and group supervision to school leaders and academics, both in person and online. In my 10 years as Circle of Trust ® facilitator with Center for Courage & Renewal (couragerenewal.org), I have offered retreats and reflective practice workshops not only attended by educators, but also by clergy, social workers, doctors, nurses, counsellors, artists, public servants, business owners and not-for-profit professionals. For this reason, I appreciate offering supervision in a broad range of fields and working cross-professionally.
A dedicated lifelong learner, I am always looking to deepen my own practice. Currently, I am studying for a Certificate in Bowen Family Systems Theory and am interested in how these concepts can inform my work in supervision and leadership development.
