Peter Mayrick
I love walking beside church leaders.
I lead an organisation that wishes to see church leaders across Australia and New Zealand flourish, under God.
We are focussed on supporting pastors personally, spiritually and in their church leadership. We embrace the full scope of pastoral supervision (restoration, normative support and development) as a pastor considers the interplay between their soul, their role and the context in which they lead.
We appreciate that pastoral ministry is a very unique role that can come with significant isolation and challenges. We wish to see pastors lead themselves well and lead their church well, under God.

I am a member of Transforming Practices with 15 years of experience as a supervisor. I offer Supervision at Bathurst and by Zoom.
It can be hard to find a safe place to reflect honestly on the demands of pastoral ministry and leadership. I’m here to help you do that, so that you can love the journey and last the distance. Through building a relational connection I can “walk” with you and also give you opportunity to reflect on and examine what you are doing professionally for your own well-being and the benefit of others.
I offer more than 30 years pastoral experience including rural and suburban churches, school chaplaincy, church planting, team leadership and conflict transformation training. My areas of interest include spiritual formation, trauma informed care, leadership resilience, Christian education, managing change and conflict and team dynamics.

Ministry is complex and challenging. I have over 30 years experience in a diverse range of church and educational contexts and have personally found supervision valuable. I look to provide a place for you to be nurtured, encouraged and extended – to explore the messy intersection of faith, life and work in a way that is theologically and psychologically informed.
I seek to create a safe, intentional space for you to reflect on your practice thoughtfully – to gain clarity and renewed purpose. I’m able to meet online or face to face in Sydney and welcome opportunities to discuss supervision.

Terence Corkin
I am an ordained Minister of the Uniting Church in Australia (UCA). I have served in two rural Parishes, as a Presbytery Minister – a regional role providing pastoral support to Ministers and Lay leaders along with strategic thinking, and as the General Secretary for the National Assembly of the UCA.
I have extensive ecumenical, international, and cross-cultural exposure and relationships. I have found that my experience across many ministry settings equips me to understand and support people in ministry whatever their context. For over 5 years I have developed an extensive ministry in providing Professional Supervision to Ministers and lay leaders across the country. Most of my sessions are delivered by Zoom. I meet in person when possible from a base on the Far South Coast of NSW. In addition, I am a nationally accredited mediator and a published author and teacher on consensus-based discernment across Australia and internationally.
It’s my pleasure and privilege to provide supervision to those in Christian pastoral ministry, chaplaincy, and other forms of community service within the not-for-profit sector.
In addition, I serve on the faculty of Alphacrucis University College, an Australian-based higher education institution, where I lecture in Theology and Ministry.
Prior to my role with AUC, I served for fifteen years on the full-time staff of Riverview Church, a large non-denominational congregation in Perth, Western Australia.
My time there involved a variety of roles including five years as an Executive Minister and three-and-a-half years as the Senior Minister.
Over twenty-nine years of full-time ministry, I have had the privilege of pastoring two churches and have extensive experience in leading, preaching, teaching, pastoring, and mentoring.
Besides my passion for ministers and their ministries, I have a deep love for nature and a particular interest in African wildlife photography.
I am married to Liezl, and we have two teenage children, Nathan and Rachael.
Education:
Master of Theology (University of Bangor, Wales)
Bachelor of Theology (University of Johannesburg)
Graduate Certificate in Professional Supervision (Alphacrucis University College)

Timothy Moloney
Tim is a Christian Brother and is available to facilitate individuals and groups in reflection of their ministry. He also works as a spiritual director and is happy to provide pastoral supervision for those working in Church sponsored ministries, be it hospital, schools, outreach entities. He is available for Zoom or Teams supervision as well as in person if in Melbourne.
Pastoral ministry commenced in 1995 at Westview Baptist, Doonside. Having completed a Bachelor of Ministries and Diploma of Theology, I later attained a MA (Theology) at Morling College. I have serving twice on the Committee for Ministry facilitated the accreditation of Baptist Ministers, concluding the last 4 years as Chair.
After two decades in church ministry, I felt called by God to work in the area of Church Health with Greater West for Christ (GWFC) in 2016.
During this time with GWFC, I served in four Baptist churches in the region as a transitional and intentional interim pastor, seeking to clarify vision, purpose, mission, and values, preparing the church for the next era and assisting the calling of a new pastor.
I continue my work in Church Health and seek to foster prayer, unity and mission among Blacktown Churches with “One Heart Blacktown” across the denominations.
