Francis Chalwell
I help people identify opportunities and proceed with integrity, hope, and impact. I delight in helping people succeed in harmony with the principle of loving God and loving their neighbour.
I became a follower of Christ in 1986 and was ordained as a priest in the Anglican Church, Sydney Diocese, in 1994. For 22 years, I exercised executive leadership in Anglican churches in various parts of Sydney, preferring collaborative partnering with people of diverse backgrounds. In 2015, I joined Anglicare Sydney and became experienced in working in a large-scale corporate environment. A stroke in early 2022 prompted my return to direct pastoral provision and I now work as a Chaplain at a nursing-home. I have been married to Kaye for nearly 40 years and have 4 children, who are now adults.
Geoff Deutscher

Gordon Wegener
Originally I was a Lutheran minister for over 40 years in various ministry, chaplaincy and leadership contexts. During this time I have experienced the benefits of ongoing learning, reflection on ministry practice, and the supportive care of pastoral supervision. I have been accredited as a AAOS Supervisor since 2010, providing a reflective space for people in their ministry practice. I offer pastoral supervision for those in ministry contexts, whether church settings, hospital and school chaplaincy, church and other leadership positions, and do this in either face-to-face settings or via Zoom. I enjoy the privilege of entering the world of the supervisee, life-long learning, and integration of theology and practice.
