Neville is a qualified Professional Supervisor and a Supervisor Member of the Australasian Association of Supervision (AAOS).
Neville has over 30 years of pastoral leadership and is passionate about helping other pastoral leaders to reflect on their practice and find support in challenging pastoral situations. He believes that a supportive, professional relationship outside of a person’s ministry context, is essential for self-care, enhancing role clarity and experiencing transformation through active reflection on their ministry practice. Neville currently provides Professional Supervision to pastoral leaders across all Christian denominations. He also has a particular interest and expertise in providing supervision to pastors serving in culturally and linguistically diverse churches. Neville is committed to supervision that is characterised by active listening, confidentiality, trust and openness. Ross Duncan

Tracey Wolsley
I was ordained in the Anglican Church over 20 years ago and have served in both Parish ministry and Chaplaincy. I take a very person-centred focused approach when working with people and am passionate about providing a safe space where people can be listened to and supported so they can reach their full potential and thrive. My lived experience and extensive training in supervision, counselling, and spiritual direction enable me to provide a psychologically informed safe space with a rich spiritual and theological framework. I am available to meet with people in person in Bendigo, via Zoom, or, a combination of both.
