Use one to three (three is better) fields to narrow your search. For example, ‘Supervisor Level’ member in the first search box, ‘Queensland’ in the second search box, and one term you are looking for in the third search box such as ‘clinical,’ ‘pastoral,’ ‘spiritual,’ ‘name,’ or ‘suburb.’ Any of the search boxes can be left unfilled (eg State if you are looking for online supervision) but you must use at least one search box.

Kaye provides formal and informal feedback based on a central focus around the welfare of clients and the quality of the service they receive. She recognises the value and importance of jointly establishing an agreed definition of supervision, roles, responsibilities and boundaries by having a simple agreement that puts words to the unspoken and clarifies agreed expectations – this allows the supervisee to be able to focus on a creative approach so new knowledge and learning can take place within the clinical supervision framework.

Mrs Kirsten Brice
Guided by a deep commitment to establishing exceptional rapport with supervisees, Kirsten views Reflective Professional Supervision (RPS) as a type of stewardship, reflecting a profound dedication to fostering exceptionally supportive and effective working relationships with her clients. Those who engage with her affirm her remarkable ability to establish an authentic and focused RPS space where expressions, spoken and withheld, find resonance, eliminating ineffective chit-chat and setting the stage for profound reflection. She uses varied thought provoking and connection illuminating approaches to invite and promote deep reflection.
Her invitational, warm, and wholly authentic approach demonstrates a commitment to others-focused reflection and care. Kirsten draws from clients’ lived experience, inviting openness to contemplative concepts or perspective that may not have been effectively considered before.
While Kirsten’s professional experience lies within the school leadership sector, she works broadly with clients in many professional roles, emphasizing its value irrespective of experience, age, or sector.
