Isabelle Scott
I am passionate about people flourishing in their professional and personal lives. Supervision is ‘the’ place where you can discover new transformational insights about your work situation and self. My practice is creative, collaborative, supportive and reflective and what you ‘choose to explore’ will be treated with respect.
I bring experience from Corporate and Luxury Sales, 20 years as a chaplain working with communities and diverse individuals across cultures, genders, LGBTQA+, and age groups, and, more than 35 years of Church leadership, pastoral care, children’s programs and I am an Ordained Minister. I gained lived experiential insight from these roles how a person’s work-role can create attitudes and questions inducing both positive and negative feelings such as ‘being alone and unsupported’ to ‘being recognised and acclaimed’.
Supervision: Discover the Hidden. Unleash the Discovery. Release the Potential.
I am available to meet online, and outdoors in-person at beaches and parklands in the Bayside area of Melbourne.
