Use one to three (three is better) fields to narrow your search. For example, ‘Supervisor Level’ member in the first search box, ‘Queensland’ in the second search box, and one term you are looking for in the third search box such as ‘clinical,’ ‘pastoral,’ ‘spiritual,’ ‘name,’ or ‘suburb.’ Any of the search boxes can be left unfilled (eg State if you are looking for online supervision) but you must use at least one search box.

Mr Danny Krivan
Ordained to pastoral ministry in 2004, I have served as a pastor, chaplain, celebrant, and musician. I remain in touch with the daily reality of ministry life and am passionate about contributing to the health and well-being of other pastoral leaders in individual, small groups, and organisational settings. As a supervisor I have an understanding of how creative people tend to take up roles and I am open to utilising a range of creative modalities to facilitate inquiry. Located in Geelong, Victoria, I work one to one and in group settings, face to face and online as required.
Available for individual, group and team supervision. Pastoral ministry and organisational leadership are the two areas I tend to accompany people in. Exploratory conversations welcome.
Since 2018 I have been a Program Director at dreambuilders centre4change working with people in crisis using person-centred and trauma-informed processwork to create a safe, reflective, holistic space in which to heal. I now bring these skills and talents to the supervision space providing supervision for case workers and pastoral carers. To help with this I use creative ways to open up the space as well as the traditional methodologies. I encourage people to explore and discover more about themselves and how they engage in ministry, in life and with others.
I have done this for most of my life and now I can do it with a capital S because I am an accredited Supervisor with AAOS and a certified Root Cause Therapist. My heart is for everyone to live their authentic lives and to be the best they can be, including you.
I work face-to-face with people in the Wyndham area, and on-line with others further afield.
Ms Glenda Trist
To be involved in pastoral ministry is to be involved in dynamic, rewarding work. It is also very demanding. Within the context of a safe and trusting supervisory relationship, the process of regular supervision offers space for growth, sustainability and energy. Supervision brings perspective on both your work and yourself within that context. I see supervision as creating intentional conversations that move us towards the integration of purpose, values, identity and faith. My formal qualifications include a Diploma of Christian Counselling, a Master of Counselling & Human Services and a Graduate Certificate in Professional Supervision. I have enjoyed many years of leadership in student, women’s & pastoral church-based ministries, counselling, secondary school chaplaincy, hospital pastoral care and clergy wives support. I have long held a deep call to ministry involving the care and growth of others and as a supervisor, I would be excited to partner with you.
Mr Gordon Wegener
Originally I was a Lutheran minister for over 40 years in various ministry, chaplaincy and leadership contexts. During this time I have experienced the benefits of ongoing learning, reflection on ministry practice, and the supportive care of pastoral supervision. I have been accredited as a AAOS Supervisor since 2010, providing a reflective space for people in their ministry practice. I offer pastoral supervision for those in ministry contexts, whether church settings, hospital and school chaplaincy, church and other leadership positions, and do this in either face-to-face settings or via Zoom. I enjoy the privilege of entering the world of the supervisee, life-long learning, and integration of theology and practice.

Mrs Isabelle Scott
I am passionate about people flourishing in their professional and personal lives. Supervision is ‘the’ place where you can discover new transformational insights about your work situation and self. My practice is creative, collaborative, supportive and reflective and what you ‘choose to explore’ will be treated with respect.
I bring experience from Corporate and Luxury Sales, 20 years as a chaplain working with communities and diverse individuals across cultures, genders, LGBTQA+, and age groups, and, more than 35 years of Church leadership, pastoral care, children’s programs, and I am an Ordained Minister. I gained lived experiential insight from these roles, how a person’s work-role can create attitudes and questions inducing both positive and negative feelings such as ‘being alone and unsupported’ to ‘being recognised and acclaimed’.
Supervision: Discover the Hidden. Unleash the Discovery. Release the Potential.
I am available to meet online, and outdoors in-person at beaches and parklands in the Bayside area of Melbourne.

Rev Jim Curtain
I’ve had extensive experience in a variety of ministries. As a Defence Force chaplain for over 16 years I served in many parts of Australia as well as active service in the Middle East and Timor Leste. Subsequently I’ve ministered in hospitals, schools and parishes, and held executive roles in different organisations.
My experience is that pastoral supervision has been important personally in helping me to flourish in work which has been spiritually, professionally and emotionally challenging, particularly when I’ve been part of a ministry team or have held leadership positions. I look forward to supporting others to flourish in their ministries.
