Use one to three (three is better) fields to narrow your search. For example, ‘Supervisor Level’ member in the first search box, ‘Queensland’ in the second search box, and one term you are looking for in the third search box such as ‘clinical,’ ‘pastoral,’ ‘spiritual,’ ‘name,’ or ‘suburb.’ Any of the search boxes can be left unfilled (eg State if you are looking for online supervision) but you must use at least one search box.

Rev Adrian Flemming
As a pastoral supervisor and supervisor trainer for over 25 years I work in private practice to support pastoral carers, chaplains, clergy, and their supervisors.

Adrian has over 30 years of experience in ministry, having worked in both denominational leadership and with mission agencies at state, national, and international levels. His experience spans organizations including Bible Society Australia, OneHope (US-based), Scripture Union, Young Life, and Churches of Christ SA/NT. With this diverse background, he has a deep understanding of the complexities of local church ministry and the unique cultural challenges the church faces today. In particular, he has a passion to see inter-generational discipleship occur in the church. Adrian is also a member of the Australasian Association of Supervision.
During his time with Bible Society, Adrian authored The Bible According to Gen Z, and he is currently managing the Your Story research project, which involved interviews with nearly 450 young Australians to explore how the church can best support and nurture their faith. His experience and insights have enabled him to speak regularly on topics including healthy scripture engagement, and how the church can best nurture faith in the emerging generation.
Adrian embraces the role of an ‘alongsider’ in ministry—offering support not as someone with all the answers, but as a partner with the experience and skills to help others care for their soul and remain healthy in both life and ministry.

Ms Allison Whitby
I brought a background in secondary teaching and an interest in cultural and spiritual diversity to my pastoral care and supervisory training. Prior to 24 years in health care and Clinical Pastoral Education as Director of Pastoral Care & Education in a large tertiary healthcare service, I had over four years experience in pastoral care and administration in a church context. My supervision clients include pastoral/spiritual care workers, school, university, health, prison and aged care chaplains, clergy, spiritual directors, supervisors, and supervisor-educators within Victoria, interstate and New Zealand. Supervision can be undertaken via Zoom, TEAMS or phone contact as well as in person. I am passionate about supervision which facilitates transformation within all levels of the supervisory process from the supervisor to supervisee’s clients. I currently work in the School of Professional Practice of the University of Divinity as CPE Program Director and Consultant Practitioner in the Graduate Diploma of Professional Supervision.

Amy grew up in a minister’s home in the United States and began working in the local church there in 2003. For the past 13 years she has lived in Sydney and served a range of ministries in local churches and at Moore College. She knows first-hand the joys, challenges, and sorrows of ministry.
