This session introduces the use of music as a creative tool in supervision and explores how it can enhance professional practice. Participants will be invited to connect with and experience music—individually and as a group, and only where comfortable—to consider its impact on physical, emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing.

The workshop also includes a group supervision opportunity with Jeanette (as a participant or observer), where music listening and other creative approaches will be used to support the supervision process.

What the Workshop Covers

  • Connecting with and experiencing music to support professional and personal wellbeing

  • Why music in supervision? An overview of current evidence and benefits

  • Approaches and processes for integrating music into supervision

  • Practical considerations for adopting music listening as a creative supervision tool, including experiential group activities
