Ever sat in supervision wondering what you should say—or worried that showing your struggles might undermine your credibility? You’re not alone.

This workshop explores the delicate dance between vulnerability and safety in supervision. Drawing on real clinical and pastoral experiences, you’ll learn how effective supervision goes beyond just showing up—it takes courage, trust, and the right environment.

Highlights:

  • Why supervision can feel uncomfortable (and when it matters)

  • Key ingredients for effective supervision

  • How to create safety as a supervisor and recognise it as a supervisee
