This one-day experiential workshop is designed for experienced practitioners providing professional supervision. It offers a blend of theoretical input and hands-on practice, focusing on narrative and critically reflective approaches to supervision.

After a brief theoretical introduction, participants will engage in reflective discussions, supervised practice sessions, and further reflection. The workshop supports practitioners to integrate new skills into their own supervision frameworks and to strengthen their ethical practice.

Participant Preparation

Participants are invited to bring one example from their supervision practice—ideally a moment or situation that left them feeling curious, challenged, annoyed or irritated. This example will support meaningful reflection and applied learning throughout the day.
